          International Cerebral Palsy association  (ICPA) is the leading source of information on cerebral palsy and is a pivotal advocate for the rights of persons with cerebral palsy.
The ICPA mission is to advance the independence, productivity and full citizenship of people with cerebral palsy through an affiliate network.

  


 

        ICPA is an independent, not-for-profit Association led by a Volunteer Board of Directors. The ICPA was founded in April 2007. We have evolved into a provincial Association that supports individuals, families, caregivers, professionals, students and other organizations whose lives are touched by Cerebral Palsy.
